O-Check Design in R.S.V.P Showroom
Sometimes an everyday product which does not have a great meaning to it, can happen to evoke high feelings of emotion or nostalgia. In a small way it becomes a means of expressing ourselves.
That’s part of the philosophy of O-check design, and we absolutely agree with them. O-check design in a brand from Korea, founded in Seoul in 2000. Their products may seem quite simple and functional, but they are extremely beautiful and you can notice that they are done with so much love and dedication. They always tend to have nice illustrations on them, some words written in a neat handwriting… all has a kind on romantic and nostalgic flair that makes them special and different from other brands.
You all already knew that we have a thing for cafés, magazines and books. But you may not know that we also absolutely adore notebooks. It’s totally true, these everyday products can happen to evoke feelings to us, in the same way, that they can help us tho express our emotions too.
So the thing is that, R.S.V.P – Papier in Mitte, our favourite stationary shop in Berlin, during the DMY International Design Festival Week, along with Brevi Manu, were exhibiting in their Showroom articles from O-check design. And as huge fans of this brand we didn’t think it twice on popping there.
In the R.S.V.P shop they always tend to have some items of this Korean brand, but in the Showroom, there was a huge assortment of notebooks, agendas, postcards, calendars, and many many more gorgeous stuff.
You can buy their products through their online shop, or look at their website the shops they have around Europe, USA, and Korea, of course.
