A Little Portrait of Treptow
Summer is gone, the autumn is already here and the jacket is once again indispensable.
On these first cold days, I can’t help but thinking of the freezing winter we had last year in Berlin. Although there was not so many snow, the temperatures reached kind of low values. The winter was hard, but we managed to survive and keep on discovering the city, sometimes even at -18º!
I remember one Sunday we went to Treptow, a borough located in the south-east of the city, which is widely known because of its park, the Treptower Park. The sun was shinning in an absolutely blue sky, so the coldness was even harder to stand. Anyway, we wandered a little bit and we went to a flea market, the Hallentrödelmarkt Treptow.
This is a little portrait of the area, it is well worth a visit.

I know they had to trim those trees a bit but since they did that I cannot look at them without wanting to scream. Puschkin Allee used to be the most magnificent looking alley in the city. What a waste.
