Happy Birthday!

A year ago we moved to Berlin and we began this project called She Thought Outside The Box, a blog about everyday-life and culture of different European cities. The year went by and we still keep on writing weekly with pleasure.

What started being some posts about Berlin, quickly included posts from Barcelona, our city of origin. After talking to some friends, we were able to publish content from Lisbon and London. What’s more, we’ve occasionally written about other cities, such as Stuttgart or Madrid.

In a year we’ve reached more than 58.000 views from so many countries around the world, mainly from the States, but also Germany and Spain, UK, Canada, Italy,… Many of you discovered our blog because we were freshly pressed a couple of times. Thanks for that, WordPress, and thank you all for your visits! We sincerely hope you enjoy reading our blog.

We are flattered to be ask to do an interviewed or to open a collaboration. We’re glad to say that since this month we are sharing some of our content with the website Positive Magazine. We must recognise that this is a big step for us. This project was something personal, however it seems it can grow and that makes us being over the moon!

So what’s next? Our aim is to keep on running this project, writing weekly and regularly. We’ll try to get content from other cities, discover new places, showing you other cool magazines, interview more interesting people,… And we also want to add some new sections, you’ll see!

And who knows what else is waiting for us! Only time will say. What we can honestly do is thank you: thanks for following our blog!
