ChariTea & LemonAid

IMG_8050

A long time ago, we wrote a post about one of our favourite places in Berlin, Prinzessinnen Garten, in Kreuzberg. Today we go back there to talk about its café.

Placed just next to the garden, here you can easily feel surrounded by nature. It’s not only the trees with their leaves and the ground full of earth, but also the wood long tables and benches. What you can drink and eat in this café is bio. Apart from the typical offer of cakes, coffee and tea, you can drink delicious cold teas from ChariTea or a fresh lemonade from LemonAid.

ChariTea and LemonAid belong to the same company in Hamburg, LemonAid Beverages. Both of them are made with organic ingredients. It’s worth knowing that the brand helps local social, medical and educative projects in Sri Lanka and South Africa. What’s more, they also support many eco-friendly projects that you can check out on their site agoodsite.org.

An additional good point of ChariTea and LemonAid -and probably the most important one- is that you get a real natural flavour when you drink them. Mmm… so tasty! Another thing we love about them is their design. It’s minimal and simple, but 100% eye-catching.

To conclude, this is just another drink that confirms the expanded bio-trend in Germany. You can also find these drinks in other countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. We are sure they will expand soon at least to the rest of Europe.
