It was a sunny day in Berlin, we were walking around Falckensteinstrasse, Kreuzberg, and we were in an explorer mood going in to all the shops that could caught our attention. And that’s how we get to know A loja. Yes it caught our eye from the outside, and once inside, we were even more surprised. Once again, we write about Flöhmarkte in Berlin, one of our favourites activities of the weekends, especially on Sundays. Today we are writing about a really special one that we just discovered two weeks ago: the Kreuzboerg Flowmarkt. This flea market takes place every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month in the Prinzessinengarten, in Moritzplatz. So yes, this weekend is happening again!

Located in Torstrasse and probably the best eyewear shop that we have ever been to. We got to know them through Toast & Jam, and we finally visited their shop in Mitte last week.
Mulackstrasse, Bergmannstrasse, Kastanienallee… in Berlin you can find some streets that in one way or another are quite special. Maybe it’s the architecture, the cafés and restaurants located there, perhaps it’s the shops… Or it’s possible that just the whole atmosphere catches your eye. Read more
Berlin is full of Flohmärkte (flea markets). We have already talked about this in our post of Berlin and its Flohmarkts. Last weekend we discovered a new one: Nowkoelln Flowmarkt.
One of the adjectives that best fit the city of Berlin is vintage. Like it or not, that’s a fact. It’s a city that seems to be living still on its own past. You can easily feel that while you walk through its streets, it’s in its buildings, it’s in its cafés, and it’s even reflected on the advertising. Read more
